Hi there! My name is Michael Moynihan, I'm a health and nutrition coach, life coach, and behavioural change specialist based between Ireland and the UK. I mainly work with clients online (via zoom) or we can also agree on face to face consultations if that is your preference.
I provide a tailored approach to support you achieving your goals, whatever they may be – from weight loss to better self-esteem to living the best version of you. I treat each client on a strictly individual basis, meaning we will come up with a unique plan that works for you. By looking at all the factors lying behind your physical and mental health, we can make powerful, long-lasting changes that enable you to live your best life. My style has always been to work collaboratively, helping you reach your own conclusions rather than simply telling you what to do.

After years of working up the corporate ladder, my physical and mental life reached a low point, and I realised a change in direction was necessary. That was how I came to study nutrition and health, life coaching, and hypnotherapy – a combination that helped me be at my fittest, healthiest, and happiest. I am now committed to supporting people who were in the same situation achieve their goals in a way that suits them.

Hypnotherapy is all about bringing difficult feelings into the open and moving past them in a healthy way. You might have a specific goal in mind, like quitting smoking, or simply want to alleviate everyday stress. No matter what your problem may be, hypnotherapy helps you reach a place of greater understanding.

This is a life-changing package, lasting over six months, that helps you achieve all your goals. Sessions are weekly. We will carry them out in a way that suits your schedule. You are required to complete a welcome pack, which helps me to analyse your situation ahead of us working together over a number of sessions – during which we will create meal and wellness plans and determine areas of focus for our hypnotherapy sessions. There is also offline WhatsApp support whenever needed. You will receive all the tools required to get the absolute most out of your plan.

This is a free, no-obligation chat lasting 15 to 20 minutes that allows me to understand what you are looking to achieve and determine whether we would have a good working relationship. You are free to take some time to think about going ahead. And if you do, we will pencil in our first session.
In our first session, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire, which asks for information about your diet, drinking habits, and wider lifestyle. We will also further explore what your goals are and how you want to achieve them. Doing this allows me to create a plan going forward that works specifically for you and gives you the best possible chance of reaching the goals you have set for yourself.
