In a relatively short space of time, we will get to the heart of whatever it may be that is holding you back, such as low-confidence, weight issues, addictions, fears, anxieties over public speaking, or relationship issues. You might be wondering if hypnotherapy is possible over Zoom, and I can assure you that it is just as successful as in-person sessions! All the techniques I use can be translated into the online sphere. Doing hypnotherapy from the comfort of your own home is often more convenient and allows you to feel more relaxed, given that you are in a familiar space.
